Vibro Sifters are circular unitary gyratory screens with a very wide variety of uses, including grading materials according to particle size, mass composition of solids from solids, liquid from solid, and so on.
Product Details :
- This is done by using a specially built vibratory motor with off-centered weights at the top and bottom ends of the motor shaft to vibrate the screens in three separate planes along the vertical axis.
- The material moves across the screen and toward the screen's edge as a result of vibration in the horizontal plane caused by the top weight. The machine is tilted by the lesser weight, which also creates vibration in the machine's vertical tangential axis.
- Variable control of the screening pattern is provided by the angle of lead of the lower weight in reference to the top weight. In order to achieve maximal screening, the material moves across the screens as well as in the vertical and tangential planes. Vibro sifters from Neelam Industries come in a variety of screen sizes (mesh) and with the option of multiple deck separation.
- The unit consists of a specially built vibratory motor with adjustable eccentric weights at the top and bottom of the motor shafts installed vertically in the middle of the base plate of the screening unit to operate on 400/440V, appropriate HP, and a three-phase, fifty-cycle electric supply. With the aid of a unique clamp with gasket, the screening unit is made up of an SS 304 screen sandwiched between an SS 304 hopper and bowl. Rugged Springs placed over the motor's circular base enhance the vibration while preventing it from travelling to the floor.
